I'm getting error Unable to add this device to your mydlink account during my mydlink camera setup

Step 1: Ensure the link between the mydlink camera and the router is good. (The router must be online) and the camera must be powered on with a GREEN LED.

Step 2: Reset the mydlink camera to factory defaults:

  • Locate the reset pinhole located on the back of the mydlink camera
  • Press and hold the RESET button for 6-10 seconds while your camera is powered on. The LED will turn RED and the camera will reboot.

Step 3:
Close and re-run the setup wizard
