If you can't see your camera's live video on mydlink app, please follow the steps to check that:
1. Make sure the app is connected to the internet.
2. Make sure you have installed the right app for your specific model.
3. Make sure your camera is connected to the internet.
4. If you're still unable to see live video, please reboot your camera and wait until the status light is solid green. Re-log in to the mydlink app and to see your live video.
