There has been a number of changes between the 4.00 series of firmware and the 4.10 series. As such, you cannot directly upgrade from any 4.00 series firmware to the latest firmware (4.10.023).
You will need to download and install firmware 4.10.000. Once this has been installed, you can then upgrade to the latest stable version (4.10.023)
