What can I do if my DCS‑6517 is not working correctly?

•    First you need check the camera LED status.
If not, please make sure that:
-    Your router’s internet connections are working.
-    Your camera has a working Internet connection.
•    If your camera is still not working, please Reset the camera and run the install set up again.

Method 1: Press the reset button on board for 10 seconds:
