Overview
On April 17, 2023, Stiftung Warentest reported on vulnerabilities in mobile hotspots. The DWR-933 4G/LTE Cat 6 Wi-Fi Hotspot Revision B1 is also affected in connection with a WPS PIN entry.
We strongly recommend users to install the latest firmware 1.13EU for the DWR-933 HW Rev. B1 and to follow the instructions for the update. The function of entering a WPS pin is prevented here.
