Why there is no sound on D-ViewCam recording playback?
Step 1: Launch D-ViewCam and click the Schedule Configuration icon.
Step 2: Click Configure.
Step 3: Ensure that the Record Audio checkbox is checked and click OK.
Step 4: Click on the General Settings icon, go to Setting, and then click System Setting.
Step 5: Check the Enable Audio on Active Channel and click OK.
You should now be able to hear your camera’s audio.
