D-Link Assist is designed for ‘high availability’ businesses that require rapid response within regular working hours. It provides a four hour response service Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays.
This level of service is for a 3 year period only, same business day response within four hours, excluding holidays.
D-Link Assist is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland*, France, Germany, Hungary, Republic of Ireland*, Italy*, Luxembourg*, Monaco, The Netherlands, Norway*, Poland*, Portugal*, San Marino*, Spain*, Sweden*, Switzerland*, United Kingdom and Vatican.
