General troubleshooting steps for the DSM‑330

Many problems can be resolved by trying one or more of thesuggestions below:

  • Exit the DivX Connected Server application,then restart it again
  • Turn the DSM-330 off and back on again
  • Turn your router or modem off and back on again
  • Restart your computer
  • Press the 'Setup' button on the remote, then choose 'RestoreFactory Default Settings' on the second page
  • Reinstall the latest version of the DivX ConnectedServer software
