Due to this systems security design, you cannot restore thepassword of your software.

However, you can uninstall the software from Add/RemovePrograms in the Control Panel, and use the included CD tore-install the software. During installation you will be asked toassign a new password to access IP Surveillance (with minimum 6characters).
