  1. You may need to accept the installation of an Internet Explorer plug-in the first time you attempt to upload or download any files through the Self Service Portal.
  2. Privacy statement.
  3. Please disable your 'Popup Blocker' and avoid using the 'Back' button in your web browser.
  4. Please note that the Self Service Portal may not be available on Thursday from 20:00 – 22:00 or Saturday 08:00-10:00, to allow for system maintenance.
