FIX: Ensure that you have entered the correct IP address of your D-Link camera, along with the correct user name and password (if they have been configured). Also check that the camera is powered on, and that the connection between the camera and your network is functioning correctly.
Step 1: Launch D-ViewCam and click General Settings > Setting > System Setting.
Step 2: Click on the Camera tab, select your camera, and click Config.
Step 3: Confirm the following:
•Correct IP address is entered
•Correct User Name and Password
•Correct Vendor and Model are selected
The camera should now be displayed.
