DIR-3060: Authenticated LAN-Side Command Injection

On November 1, 2021, a 3rd party security researcher from IOT-Inspector, submitted a report accusing the DIR-3060 using firmware v1.11b04 of a LAN-side authenticated command injection exploit.   The Vulnerability was confirmed and a patch was issued too close the reported issue.  Please find the beta/hotfix release below

The D-Link DIR-3060 is affected by a post-authentication command injection vulnerability. Any person who is able to gain authenticated access to a DIR-3060 would be able to run arbitrary system commands on the device as the "admin" user, with root privileges.
