D-Link has today announced the “D-Link Group Scholarship” in partnership with National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) – a unique programme specifically created to support Ukrainian and international students to continue their education and future careers in Taiwan.
The scholarship offers master’s programmes for ten individuals in electronics, information technology or communications-related fields. Recipients will be given a wide range of support – from paid round-trip airfare, tuition and living allowance to internship programmes.
Moreover, scholars will also be provided with the opportunity to secure careers at companies within the D-Link Group after graduation - including D-Link, Amigo, Amit, Sapido and Cameo.
Commenting on the programme, Victor Kuo, the Chairman of D-Link Corporation, said: “We understand that the conflict has caused significant disruption for many students, and D-Link is committed to lending our support. We want to support students to continue to develop new skills and are thrilled to expand our cooperation with NTUST with the D-Link Group Scholarship.”
“By launching the D-Link Group Scholarship, we hope to assist as many students as we can in the future. In addition to Ukraine, students from other regions are also welcome to apply.” Added Victor Kuo.
“NTUST is very happy to work with D-Link again” said Jia-Yush Yen, president of NTUST. “We really appreciate D-Link offering valuable resources and establishing the D-Link Group Scholarship with NTUST and look forward to supporting many students through this collaborative programme.”
