D-Link introduces new Bronze partner level to its successful VIP+ programme

With our recent survey showing 95% of partners would recommend D-Link’s VIP+ programme to their professional network, D-Link adds new partner level to bring additional benefits and support to its partners

D-Link, a world leader in networking technology, has today announced its refreshed Value in Partnership+ (VIP+) Programme, which now includes an all-new Bronze partner level. The new addition responds to the positive feedback the company has received from a recent survey with existing partners, in a study exploring the services partners truly value and what has benefitted their businesses the most.

D-Link’s VIP+ Programme offers businesses a range of valuable support services, including training and financial initiatives, that are specifically designed to increase opportunities to grow, add value to customers, and enhance their business’s profitability.

As part of the programme, all participating businesses start as Registered Partner and can progress through its different status levels by achieving sales volume requirements, completing free training, and certifications in D-Link’s core product technologies.

The new Bronze Partner Level includes full access to a complete range of business benefits. This includes training and certification, product tools for online presales, volume incentive rebate, sales support materials, marketing development funds, priority technical support, technology specialisations, deal registration, demo purchase programme, and a range of promotions.

Partners that achieve the VIP+ Silver status have additional access to a dedicated account manager and sales leads, as well as being featured on the D-Link website; whilst Gold Partners are invited to take part in roundtables and events hosted by the company.

According to D-Link’s findings of the available resources, presales tools including the Product Selector, Wi-Fi Planner and Bandwidth Calculator, as well as NFR (not for resale) program and marketing promotions, were reported as the most valuable services to participating businesses. Also, the top rated advantages included price support and dedicated account managers, which are features available to Silver level partners and above.

Additional highlights of D-Link’s survey and advantages of becoming a D-Link VIP+ Partner also include:

More than 95% of customers who have direct contact with D-Link sales/account managers are happy with the service, with 67% giving an excellent or very good rating
More than 96% of customers who have direct contact with D-Link technical support are happy with the service, with 51% giving an excellent or very good rating
90% of customers said that receiving leads from D-Link is Important to their business
