I get an Auth Error under PPP Information but I KNOW my username/password are correct....

Check the 'Line Condition' Under the 'Summary' section.  The'Line Status' will reveal SNR values for upstream anddownstream.  The higher the value the more signal and lessnoise is present on the phone line.  The 'Aten' values willalso reveal noise levels. These may be as High as 60dB for a 512kaccount, 45dB for a 2MB account, and 20db for an 8MB account. Ifyour numbers don't fit inside these limits, you will need tocontact your service provider to get you a better signal.
